Lead Retail Professional - Sportswear

We are a leading sportswear retailer at the forefront of the sports and lifestyle industry, providing top-quality athletic wear and fashion.

As an experienced Senior Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving our store's success by supporting the Store Manager and leading a team of dedicated Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to motivate a team and foster a positive work environment.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets through effective merchandising and inventory management.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service and address inquiries to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
  • Support staff training and development to cultivate a knowledgeable and enthusiastic team.
