Assistant Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven individual to fill the role of Assistant Store Manager at our Melbourne store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and leading a high-performing team, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including features, benefits, and competitive positioning
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of business objectives

  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement through strategic planning and execution
