Community Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Operations Manager to join our team at Stockland Halcyon Highlands in Mickleham, northeast of Melbourne CBD.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a newly created role that combines operations management and customer service to deliver the best possible experience for our homeowners.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front-of-house duties, back-of-house duties, and general office administration, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving homeowner queries and complaints promptly
- Supporting the delivery of active and passive activities, including inductions, community events, wellness programs, and functions
- Monitoring financial performance and identifying opportunities to improve the homeowner experience and profitability
- Actively contributing to Stockland's risk-aware culture and participating in operational risk training
We are looking for a passionate and empathetic individual with strong stakeholder relationship skills and commercial acumen. The ideal candidate will have:
- Solid experience in a similar role managing customer experience and property
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Exposure and knowledge in financial and budget management
- Strong emotional intelligence and maturity to deal with sensitive and confidential items
Stockland offers a competitive salary of approximately $90,000 per annum, plus benefits such as flexible work arrangements, access to lifestyle services, and opportunities for professional development.
