The GLM Facilities Services Coordinator plays a vital role in this mission by supporting the GLM Operations Manager in overseeing the GLM service contract and GLM properties under management.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable people in our community and possess a strong background in executing asset management strategies, maintenance, and refurbishment services. A demonstrated understanding of asset management principles and their application to property is essential. Additionally, excellent computer literacy in Windows (Microsoft) and asset management systems is required.
The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of compliance, certificates, and maintenance-related documentation. They will also assist with the establishment of Asset Management Plans for all GLM sites and ensure they are updated annually. Furthermore, they will maintain and act within allocated budgets, providing monthly reports of expenditure against budget.
