Job Title: Group Facilities Manager
The Group Facilities Manager oversees all facilities across multiple states.
This role ensures that our sites, buildings, plant, and equipment are safe, compliant, and optimised for operational efficiency, while supporting strategic goals and workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day operations of all facilities, ensuring optimal functionality, safety, and appearance.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for buildings, plant, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Ensure all facilities meet regulatory compliance requirements.
- Source, negotiate, and manage service contracts for cleaning, security, building maintenance, waste management, and utilities.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure works are completed to standard, on time, and within budget.
- Plan and oversee facility upgrades, refurbishments, and relocations.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure projects meet operational needs.
- Develop and manage annual budgets for all sites.
- Track and report on expenditure, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety legislation.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Drive energy efficiency, waste reduction, and sustainability initiatives.
