We are seeking a Site Operations Manager who can oversee multiple projects, manage teams, and ensure smooth site operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in civil construction and excavation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tradespeople and subcontractors on worksites, operating heavy machinery when required, and planning and coordinating site logistics.

This role requires strong leadership skills, ability to read and interpret construction plans, and experience with quality control processes.

Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day site operations, managing site measurements and set-out points against project plans, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and enforcing OH&S policies to ensure a safe working environment, liaising with the Project Manager, and conducting site inspections and quality checks.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, reliable and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
