About This Role
As a seasoned operations leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our Point Wilson facility. Your primary goal is to ensure that all site operations are executed with precision, safety, and security in mind.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Operate and manage the Point Wilson facility* Lead, motivate, and manage the site team to ensure effective resource allocation and operational success* Foster strong working relationships with internal teams, customers, government agencies, and service providers* Oversee and maintain security, quality, safety, and environmental compliance* Manage operational support (wharf shipping, storage, distribution, and maintenance) and ensure depot preparedness for emergencies* Develop and maintain workforce capability and succession planning to meet site needs* Administer local recruitment, staff development, and performance management processes* Provide up-to-date information to management on revenue opportunities, customer needs, market changes, and compliance matters* Maintain documentation, process improvements, system design, and quality standards as part of ongoing business improvement

Your Qualifications
We are seeking an individual with a Diploma of Business (Logistics Management) or equivalent, who has a strong background in logistics and multi-mode transport operations. You will need to have proven experience in leading and developing teams, with sound business and personnel management abilities.
