Job Title: Site Coordinator

This is a hands-on role for someone who's looking to move out of a hospitality or back of house position into a different environment. As the Site Coordinator, you'll be responsible for driving member engagement, delivering outstanding customer service and assisting with day-to-day operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facility Management: Ensure safe and immaculate presentation of reception, common areas, meeting rooms, hallways and loading area.
  • Liaise with Suppliers: Manage required services – cleaners, waste management, internet provider, printer provider etc.
  • Problem Solve: Ad-hoc issues may arise, requiring your attention and solution.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential in this role.
