The Role
The Workforce Planning Analyst will be a key player in the dynamic day to day setting of Crown, leveraging advanced data analytics to inform strategic workforce decisions. The Workforce Analyst will not only contribute to the operational efficiency but also play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall guest experience through optimised staffing solutions.
You day to day will include, but not be limited to;
- Perform capacity planning to improve workforce scheduling and ensure adherence to labour laws and the Enterprise Agreement.
- Create accurate forecasts to predict supply and demand based on foot traffic, work with leadership to match staffing plans with business goals and recommend adjustments for scheduling.
- Design and generate workforce reporting on key metrics to provide actionable insights to enhance performance.
- Implement forecasting and re-forecasting capability to ensure staffing is always meeting demand
- Ensure compliance with and adherence to all relevant legislation and policies and procedures in relation to Responsible Service of Gaming (including training), and the Responsible Gambling Code of Conduct.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in data analysis tools and methodologies, with a proven track record of translating complex datasets into actionable strategies. A commitment to excellence and a drive to thrive in a collaborative, high-energy workplace is essential.
You will also have;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience engaging, negotiating with, and influencing stakeholders at an executive level.
- Proven experience in data analysis and staffing forecasting techniques
- Relevant experience in the development and ongoing management of effective and efficient strategic labour plans.
- Proficiency in Virtual Roster, PowerBI or other labour management tools
