Data Analyst - Strategic Insights
About the Role
This role sits at the intersection of data science, people experience and business strategy. As a Data Analyst in this position, you will focus on maintaining critical dashboards, exploring new data sourcing and insights that support initiatives related to our most valuable asset: our people.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop, maintain and improve PowerBI dashboards tailored for specific teams to drive strategic decisions.
- Analyse people data, identifying trends and providing insights for informed decision-making and continuous improvement within the organisation.
- Craft compelling narratives around data insights to translate sophisticated findings into actionable recommendations for different team members.
- Stay updated on industry standard methodologies and advancements in data visualization tools to continuously improve PowerBI dashboard capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field.
- Experience in data analysis, preferably in a HR or people analytics role.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis, data manipulation and data visualisation using tools such as Python, SQL and PowerBI.
- Understanding of HR processes, metrics and standard methodologies.
