About The Role
  • This is a commercially focused Analyst/Management Accounting position, ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with operational teams.
  • You'll be a key driver in financial planning, cost analysis, and performance reporting, working closely with key stakeholders to optimise profitability and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop financial models and support budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
  • Analyse production and warehouse data, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Perform detailed margin, pricing, and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Oversee product costing and inventory valuation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage and mentor two team members across accounts receivable and costing.
  • Contribute to the month-end close process and internal/external financial reporting.
  • Play an active role in developing business cases and scenario planning for new initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A tertiary qualification in Accounting, with CA/CPA status (or working towards).
  • Advanced Excel skills and financial modelling capability.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with non-finance stakeholders.
