Business Support Officers play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organisation.
Job Description- We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Support Officer to provide administrative support to our correspondence team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, providing comprehensive business, administrative, and project support across various departments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Drafting routine correspondence, maintaining high-quality reporting standards, and preparing bi-weekly reports on outstanding items.
- Liaising with internal teams to follow up on overdue communications and gathering additional information required to finalise responses.
- Preparing and executing mail merge processes, ensuring completed and approved responses are accurately processed and dispatched.
- Developing and maintaining an efficient filing system to ensure records are accurately stored and easily accessible.
- Administrative Support

- Mail Merge and Reporting

- Project Coordination
- Develop and maintain an efficient filing system to ensure records are accurately stored and easily accessible
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislative, organisational, and policy requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in office management, accounting, or business administration, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in office coordination, including delivery of high-quality administrative and support services across diverse teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Maturity, discretion, and sound judgement, with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality
- Well-developed project coordination skills, including research, analysis, and timely response delivery
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing work demands
