About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Human Resources Generalist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support employment relations and Work Health Safety through the implementation of people-focused initiatives, policies, and compliance across our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on employee relations matters including performance management, conduct concerns, and dispute resolution.
  • Lead or support internal investigations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate Workers' Compensation claims and manage Return-to-Work programs.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and communication of WHS policies, audits, and training.
  • Support and deliver employee development and training programs that build capability and drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion wellbeing initiatives that promote safety in the workplace.
  • Partner with leaders and managers to deliver the People and Culture strategy.
  • Assist in compiling People & Culture reports, analytics, and ensuring legislative and internal compliance.
  • Promote engagement, and positive workplace culture across teams.

Your Ideal Background:

  • Experience in a Human Resources generalist role, ideally in hospitality or similar environment.
  • Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous case management experience desirable.
  • Confident in handling confidential matters with professionalism and empathy.
