Job Description

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results. Your primary objective will be to meet and surpass sales targets, while maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales Goals: Develop and execute effective strategies to drive sales growth, identify new opportunities, and optimize existing customer relationships.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, providing excellent service and support to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Activity Execution: Implement sales activities and promotions as advised by the National Accounts team, ensuring timely execution and reporting.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A strong track record in FMCH sales or retail pharmacy experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-management and motivation.
  • Strong relationship management skills and customer focus.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Digital literacy and confidence in learning or applying digital tools to analyze sales data.
  • A clean driver's license.
