We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver outstanding results and drive revenue growth. Your success will be measured by your ability to identify, prospect, and win new business in target industries.

To succeed in this role, you must have a hunter mindset, be comfortable travelling regularly throughout Australia, and be skilled in building relationships and closing deals.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone who thrives on consultative selling, building trust, and delivering real value to clients. You will be based in Western Australia and will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, prospecting, and winning new business in target industries
  • Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline using our CRM
  • Traveling regularly throughout Australia to meet clients and present tailored solutions
  • Managing the onboarding of new customers (first 90 days) before handover to account managers
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations to deliver outstanding results
  • Meeting and exceeding new business KPIs and revenue targets

  • CRM experience and solid reporting skills
