Role OverviewAs an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in achieving sales targets, managing inventory, and leading a high-performing team. Your leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure will make you an excellent fit for this role.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the visual merchandising display and create engaging customer experiences
- Lead by example and demonstrate a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service
- Assist in the training and development of team members to achieve sales goals and KPIs
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational tasks and provide input on store improvements
- Process deliveries and manage stock levels effectively
- Proven leadership experience in retail or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Previous experience in visual merchandising and stock management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve results
