Key Responsibilities

">
  • ">
  • Provide coaching and advice to senior leaders on day-to-day people matters and leadership effectiveness.">
  • In partnership with senior leaders and HR, promote and execute Icon programs, including performance management, rewards and recognition, sustainability, diversity & inclusion, and employee experience.">
  • Assist leaders in applying and interpreting Awards and Enterprise Agreements correctly.">
  • Advise leaders on informal procedures for addressing poor or underperformance and collaborate with the ER team on case management.">
  • Guide leaders during remuneration reviews to ensure all processes are followed and in accordance with Remuneration Policy and salary banding models.">
  • Work with leaders to develop training and development plans.">

Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum
