About the Role

Are you a seasoned multilingual Team Leader looking to work with a fun team in an international company that serves businesses worldwide? We are seeking a motivated and driven manager to join a multinational firm specialising in the business travel sector.

Responsibilities
  • Coach, develop and motivate your team to success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Australian citizen or permanent resident

We offer a competitive salary range of $80k - $90k + Super (depending on experience), a full-time Permanent Role, roster between 11.45am-9pm, hybrid working options and beautiful Melbourne CBD office. You will also receive 4 weeks of comprehensive paid training and a supportive team environment.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in a leadership position within a contact centre environment and can lead a team to achieve company performance goals and accomplish incredible customer outcomes with every interaction.
