Job Title

We are seeking an experienced technical expert to join our team as a Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, working with technology and supporting others.

In this role, you will provide first-line support to employees across the region, troubleshooting technical issues, resolving problems, and escalating complex cases when necessary.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely and effective technical support via phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues

  • Maintaining accurate records of incidents, including descriptions, root causes, and resolutions

  • Collaborating with other teams to resolve complex technical issues

  • Participating in training and professional development to enhance technical skills and knowledge

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration, with a strong background in Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.

You will also have excellent communication skills, the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

About You

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration

  • Proficiency in MS Windows Server 2019, Desktop OS, Office 365/Microsoft 365/Azure, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Microsoft Intune, VMware, Veeam, and AWS

  • Experience with network switches, patch panels, access points (Cisco Meraki preferred), and printer troubleshooting

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for end users

  • Experience in manufacturing environments is highly regarded
