Client Success Role

The Client Success team follows a Client-centric approach, ensuring every client receives exceptional value.

Associates seek to understand and surface clients' business priorities, identify challenges, and recommend effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with various clients across multiple business functions, ensuring they achieve success in utilizing their subscription.
  • Introduce Gartner services and communicate value to decision-makers.
  • Facilitate calls, understand client priorities, and recommend a program of action that drives high value and return on investment.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to maximize the value delivered to clients.
  • Conduct regular reviews of client performance and engagement metrics.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years relevant professional experience.
  • Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
