Business Partner Opportunity

This role presents a chance to join a dynamic team as a Business Partner, supporting key business functions and driving strategic people initiatives.

The successful candidate will work closely with our leaders to support end-to-end HR projects, collaborating with Senior Leaders and Line managers to develop and implement Human Resources solutions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities will include providing recommendations and solutions covering multiple areas of Human Resources, employee development, communications, compensation, benefits, HRIS management, diversity & inclusion, psychosocial/psychological safety, employee relations, organisational planning, change management, and other services.

We are seeking an ideal candidate with a Bachelors (or similar) degree in Human Resource Management and 2-3+ years of experience in junior HR Business Partnering or Advisory roles. The successful candidate will possess strong consulting, negotiation, and facilitation skills, good knowledge of Human Resource organisational policies and practices, and tried and tested knowledge of Generalist Human Resources best practice.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate and proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is driven by delivering meaningful results. As a trusted advisor, the successful candidate will be instrumental in lifting employee engagement, delivering best-practice HR solutions, and navigating employee relations and change with confidence.
