Job Description

The Contract Support position is an exciting opportunity to shape your career path at CBRE. Whether you aspire to excel in operational management or pursue a career in finance, this position will provide you with the skills and experience needed to achieve your goals.

This customer-facing role involves providing comprehensive and flexible administration services to client accounts. You will manage sickness and absence reporting, holiday tracking, timesheets, expenses, and people records. Additionally, you will communicate effectively with internal and external customers, build relationships, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and track employee absences, sickness, and holidays
  • Process timesheets and expenses, and provide training for team members
  • Maintain accurate records of employee data, including inductions, new starters, and leavers
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, building strong relationships
  • Compile and attend monthly contract review meetings and reports
  • Order materials, parts, and PPE as required
  • Plan maintenance visits for technicians and sub-contractors
  • Become proficient in various software systems, including SimPro, Pronto, and My Supplier
  • Support the Work Order Specialist in planning and scheduling works
Requirements

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual with excellent PC-based skills and experience in Microsoft Office. A higher educational qualification or degree is desirable, along with 3 years' experience in a similar role. Experience with Pronto Software is also an advantage.
