The Role

  • As the Procurement Manager, you will support the development, deployment, and management of procurement strategies for a key portfolio within bulk ingredients.
  • You will deliver sustained value and competitive advantage for the business by working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Leading the design and implementation of sourcing strategies, you will deliver cost savings and efficiency improvements across the key ingredient's portfolio.
  • Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will develop adherence policies and work with the business to ensure optimum service levels are achieved by all levels of suppliers.


Your Background

We are looking for a degree-qualified candidate with a minimum of 5 years' experience managing a direct category within an FMCG organisation. You will be naturally influential, engaging stakeholders with ease and negotiating successfully to deliver on key business objectives. Your well-developed compliance and regulation experience, specifically within the food industry, will ensure you slip into this strategic role with ease.
