Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies across Plenti's core products, leveraging data and financial analysis to drive improved volume and margin outcomes. This role requires strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive the development, execution, and performance monitoring of pricing strategies and initiatives, partnering with sales leaders across the business to optimize profitability.
  • Develop and refine financial reporting, ensuring data-driven insights for strategic decision-making at executive and senior leadership teams.
  • Produce impactful business performance reports and analyses for key stakeholders, including the Board and Executive teams, offering strategic insights on market and business trends.
  • Develop and maintain pricing analysis across large datasets using advanced analytics tools to inform business decisions.
  • Champion the development and continuous improvement of sophisticated analytical models, leveraging statistical and database tools to deepen market understanding and enhance business decision-making processes.

Key Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial analytics role, preferably with pricing and commercial analysis experience.
  • Strong commercial awareness and communication skills.
  • Solid foundation in financial modeling and a robust analytical skillset.
  • Proficient in SQL, with the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets, translating data into actionable business insights.
