Job Title: Real Estate Investment Specialist

As a leading asset manager, you will empower investors to achieve their financial goals through a range of investment strategies and vehicles worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source acquisitions across various real estate sectors and markets, including investment properties and developments.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and evaluation of real estate investment opportunities.
  • Develop dynamic financial models to analyze and underwrite investment opportunities, testing assumptions and sensitivities.
  • Perform due diligence and research on market conditions, including location assessment, rent comparables, sales comparables, and replacement cost analysis.
  • Provide investment recommendations and set up maintenance of due diligence documentation and data files.
  • Prepare Investment Committee papers and take responsibility for investment execution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the real estate industry.
  • Demonstrable project management experience and ability to develop bespoke financial models from scratch.
  • Previous transactional experience and superior quantitative analytical and numerical ability.
  • Advanced Excel skills, excellent problem-solving ability, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
