We are currently seeking a Corporate Reception Officer to join our Operations team at our new CBD head office in Perth. This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary package.

The Role
  • You will be responsible for welcoming and assisting visitors with a positive and friendly attitude, advising staff members of their arrival.
  • Answering and managing all incoming calls, correspondence, and emails in a professional manner.
  • Raising and issuing purchase orders using PRONTO and updating relevant systems accurately.
  • Assisting with AOD screen processing and coordinating office processes efficiently.
  • Managing and maintaining office areas, meeting rooms, and equipment in a clean and organized state.
About You
  • You will have 1 + years' experience working in a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • A well-presented individual who enjoys communicating in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Be highly organised and able to manage conflicting priorities effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Able to maintain high level of confidentiality.
  • MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience.
