Scotford Fennessy is a leading mining and resource company seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Assistant in ensuring seamless operations in their Head Office.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual to manage administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, handle communication, and provide support to various departments or teams as needed.

The successful candidate will act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, helping to streamline processes and maintain efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

• Managing incoming calls with a professional telephone manner, taking messages.

• Managing the Perth reception inbox.

• Greeting visitors, Couriers, and monitoring the door camera.

• Management and ordering of stationery items and kitchen supplies, catering for morning tea, Board meetings as required.

• Administration duties in INX including, entering leave applications for all corporate staff and update of information as required.

• Update and establishing procedures for Reception Admin.

• Arranging corporate staff travel to site via Corporate Travel Management / Lightning online portal – set up profiles, book flights, accommodation and hire car.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal is essential.

• High multitasking abilities are paramount for this role.

• Previous experience in a similar Administration role.

• Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge (MS Office Suite).

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including competitive remuneration, opportunities for career advancement, and a dynamic work environment.
