We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to support our team in our Sydney office.
**Job Description**
In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our directors and consultants. This will include tasks such as onboarding new staff, managing diaries and calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support with the onboarding process of new employees
- Assist directors with diary and calendar management
- Provide administrative and compliance support to the team
- Organize and book travel arrangements
- Manage room bookings and coordinate meetings
- Coordinate events, including venues, dinners, and drinks
**Requirements:**
- A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in an administrative or team assistant role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate level Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills
- Able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
