Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to fill a Service Desk Assistant position in Sydney.

  • This role is based in the Penrith office with flexible working options available.
Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing hardware support and maintenance services for various equipment, including networking devices, video conferencing tools, telephones, mobiles, laptops, desktops, screens, and cabling.

  • Assist with on-boarding of new staff and relocation of existing staff.
  • Escalate system access requests to Tier 2 support teams.
  • Support enquiries related to desktops, laptops, smart phones, and video conferencing.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have at least one year of ICT support experience and a solid understanding of Microsoft Office software.

  • Experience in using and supporting computer hardware and software systems.
  • Understanding of ITIL framework principles and computing hardware components.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and accurately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
