Civil Foreman

Seize the opportunity to join a leading player in the civil construction industry working on Civil projects valued from $2m to $15m in Moreton Bay. We take pride in building sustainable communities through great relationships and our commitment to excellence. As we continue to grow we are looking for an experienced Foreman to join the team.

You'll be responsible for leading a team and subcontractors effectively to achieve desired outcomes ensuring a high standard of quality, safety and adherence to all project specifications is maintained. You will promote a positive team culture and deliver positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

About you

• Demonstrated experience as a Foreman, ideally working across subdivision projects or similar.
• Experience in subdivisions with coverage of Bulk earthworks, pipe infrastructure, civils and roadworks
• ability to read and interpret construction plans
• ability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Construction Industry Card (White / Blue)
• Current Driver Licence
• Various plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded
• Strong commitment to Quality and Safety standards
