We are seeking an ambitious Civil Engineer to join our team in Charlotte. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to gain hands-on experience and personalized mentorship from experienced engineers while working on impactful infrastructure projects.

- Contribute to Meaningful Projects - Support the planning and design of real-world infrastructure like utility systems, landfills, dams, and stream restoration efforts.
- Develop Technical Skills - Create drawings, perform engineering calculations, and assist with specifications, reports, and cost estimates.
- Support Civil Site Design - Help with grading plans, stormwater management, and permitting processes.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related field.
- 0-2 years of progressive experience in civil engineering design projects.
- You aspire to take the Professional Engineer (P.E.) exam within the next 4-5 years.
- You have strong prioritization skills and are well-organized.
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
