**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in supervising ASX's listed market. The successful candidate will engage with listed entities and their advisers on legal and regulatory issues involved in operations, transactions, and governance.

The role involves working within the team responsible for supervision of ASX's listed market. Our team's performance is critical to ASX's success in operating a market of the highest integrity and meeting the expectations of our customers and the wider Australian community.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with listed entities and their advisers.
  • Apply strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to advise and supervise a portfolio of listed entities.
  • Oversee compliance by your listed entities with the Listing Rules and related requirements and take action where appropriate.
  • Take monitoring and enforcement actions in relation to a range of issues including continuous disclosure, capital raising, and capital management, governance, and integrity.

You will also assess and advise on applications for admission to ASX's listed market.

**Requirements:**

We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of relevant industry or professional experience, including at least 2 years PQE. You should have good problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse and assess complex corporate structures, governance, and transaction documents and financial and similar reports for compliance with requirements.

Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex issues simply and clearly, are essential.

**Nice to Have:**

A tertiary degree in law is an advantage. Strong candidates with tertiary qualifications in finance or accounting are also encouraged.

Experience in capital markets and corporate governance is an advantage.
