About the Opportunity

Minderoo is seeking a Senior Advisor, Corporate Engagement to lead the organisation's efforts in shaping high-impact, strategic partnerships with business and investment stakeholders. This pivotal role will drive our corporate engagement strategy, influence sustainable business practices, and provide high-level ESG and corporate affairs insights to support the Foundation's advocacy and programmatic objectives.

Reporting to the Director, Government Relations and Engagement, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and leading a Foundation-wide corporate engagement strategy aligned with Minderoo's mission and impact goals.
  • Cultivating and managing high-level relationships with corporate leaders, investors, and stakeholders to drive strategic partnerships and advocacy outcomes.
  • Leveraging ESG expertise to advocate for business behaviour change through direct engagement, thought leadership, campaigns, and policy advocacy.
  • Providing senior leaders and the executive leadership group with insights on market trends, corporate risks, and ESG opportunities to inform decision-making and influence Focus Area engagement strategies and opportunities
  • Designing and delivering engagement initiatives including workshops, benchmarking, shareholder advocacy, and capacity building.
  • Overseeing tracking, evaluation, and reporting of corporate engagement activities on behalf of Minderoo Foundation, ensuring continuous learning and outcome optimisation.
  • Working closely with internal teams across policy, research, communications, and legal to deliver integrated, high-impact outcomes.
