Key Responsibilities include:
• Delivering workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.
• Using clinical expertise and skills to support clients' journey as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services and Disability Employment Services.
• Minimising the impact of injuries, illness and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services.
• Providing brief evidence-based interventions and counselling to job seekers and injured workers to improve mental health and wellbeing, and promote recovery.
• Undertaking a range of vocational and psychological assessments to assist in determining vocational needs, psychological capabilities and overall functioning to inform and support return to work facilitation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Professional registration with AHPRA;
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field;
  • A current Working with Children Check;
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.
