Rehabilitation Consultant Role

This position involves providing expert guidance and support to individuals as they transition back to daily life after physical or psychological injury.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive vocational assessments, both in-person and virtually, to identify clients' needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective return-to-work strategies, promoting their overall well-being and independence.
  • Deliver specialized psychological and psychosocial support services to corporate and government clients, addressing various aspects of their mental health and workplace engagement.
  • Mange complex psychological cases, utilizing advanced clinical skills and evidence-based practices to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Evaluate and apply award-winning psychosocial risk tools to drive exceptional results and enhance client satisfaction.
Essential Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Possess full registration with the Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC) and adhere to its professional standards.
  • Be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA) or the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
  • Successfully pass a national criminal check prior to commencing employment and maintain ongoing clearance.
  • Possess a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and meet all associated requirements.
  • Hold full Australian working rights and a valid driver's license, accompanied by comprehensive insurance.
