Job Title: Rehabilitation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert rehabilitation services to clients, promoting their return to work and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct vocational assessments to identify suitable job options for clients
  • Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop strategies to overcome them
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Design and implement programs that assist clients in returning to the workforce
Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy or Physiotherapy, recognized by the Australian government
  • Accreditation in your field of expertise
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Determination to consistently provide high-quality customer service
