Lead Customer Information Lifecycle Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead a Customer Information Lifecycle Project.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and managing project requirements, ensuring seamless integration across all stakeholders.
- Coordinating business analysis activities, including functional requirement mapping and user story creation.
- Collaborating with the supplier to review and finalize as-built documentation of business and functional rules.
- Providing quality assurance for project deliverables and recommending process improvements.
- Supporting change management activities, including employee engagement, training materials, and FAQs.
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on customer information lifecycle projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in an agile environment.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams.
- Familiarity with business analysis tools, such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Prior experience with Salesforce CRM is highly regarded.
