Customer Lifecycle Journey Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive our customer communications to the next level. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating personalized, automated journeys that engage customers throughout their lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, or lifecycle marketing.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and data extensions.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle strategies that drive retention and engagement.
- Proven ability to design and implement automated, multi-step journeys.
- Analytical mindset with experience turning data into actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and educate.
- A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
