Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Betting Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • You will engage with customers via phone to facilitate the placement of live bets, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • You will also be responsible for executing settlement processes to ensure accurate and timely customer payouts.
  • In addition, you will monitor site health to ensure that promotions, appearance, pricing, and display of key promotional markets are up-to-date and accurate.
Desired Skills And Qualifications:
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on quality service and a customer-first mindset.
  • A passion for sports and an understanding of the wagering industry would be highly desirable but not essential.
  • You must have attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
