Job Title: Account Manager/Sales Manager

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, secure new customers and drive revenue growth.

About the Role:
  • Establish and sustain trusting relationships with existing clients
  • Monitor service delivery to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio

The ideal candidate will possess strong networking and communication skills, be able to build trust and long-lasting relationships, and have a deep understanding of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary point of contact for assigned client account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
  • Deliver solutions according to client needs in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and grow business opportunities
  • Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits

Requirements:
