Our team is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our growing organization. As a key member of our sales and client support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical guidance and advice to our clients, ensuring they achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to drive revenue growth.
2. Provide expert technical support and advice to clients, ensuring they are fully informed about the benefits and applications of our services.
3. Collaborate with our service desk, field techs, and engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to our clients.
4. Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive relationship-building and strategic planning.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar role in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
2. Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure and systems, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and improvement.
