Seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to drive business growth and excellence in client service.

This role requires a diligent team player with excellent interpersonal, organisational and time management skills who can contribute to all aspects of client service by maintaining and growing existing portfolios.

The Role:

- Identifying insurable risks and designing financial lines insurance solutions for clients
- Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients and insurers
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong client and insurer relationships
- Supporting the team on complex clients and maintaining individual client portfolios
- Promoting our brand within the industry both locally and nationally

The Requirements:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to understand and meet client needs
- Hold or be prepared to undertake relevant qualifications
- Strong report writing skills supported by proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Effective time management skills keeping ahead of workload and schedule
- Professionalism, reliability and ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance required
- Previous experience in financial lines with an emphasis on Professional Indemnity and Directors & Officers class products would be beneficial
