Key Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team in Perth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management or client relationship roles within the industrial or manufacturing sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support for client needs.
  • Identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling to enhance client value and meet business goals.
  • Monitoring and reporting on customer metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Experience in account management or client relationship roles within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

  • Ability to travel to client sites as required.
