Job Title: Training Specialist - Fixed Plant Operations

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Training Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to plant controllers, ensuring all training aligns with company standards, and conducting fair and consistent competency assessments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fixed plant systems and processes, with prior experience in fixed plant control operations. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced control room environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a respected mining organization, with modern facilities and a supportive team culture. You will be based at our Perth Airport site, working a steady Monday-to-Friday roster with a long-term contract.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a Cert IV in Training & Assessment, with experience in on-the-job training being advantageous. Strong knowledge of fixed plant systems and processes is essential, as is prior experience in fixed plant control operations.
