**Key Relationships**
The Enrolments Liaison Officer is an integral member of the
Enrolments Team, reporting to the Head of Student Enrolments.
This position also engages with the Heads of School, Director of
Learning, Director of Boarding, Community Engagement Team
and International Student Coordinator. All staff are ultimately
responsible to the Principal via the Director of Corporate Services.
**_Position Objective: _**
The Enrolments Liaison Officer is an important member of Westminster School's Student Enrolments
Team, undertaking a high contact role that helps to manage relationships with prospective families
and key influencers throughout the enrolment lifecycle. Working collaboratively with the Head of
Student Enrolments and other members of the Enrolments Team to achieve enrolment targets, the
Enrolments Liaison Officer is enthusiastic and resilient with a strong customer and commercial focus.
The role will be primarily focused on International and regional enrolments with the requirement
though to work flexibly across all categories of enrolment.
**_Key Responsibilities: _**

- Develop and maintain strong knowledge about the School including curriculum, brand, key
contacts and community.
- Document and manage prospective student records in Digistorm and Synergetic, ensuring the
data is current and accurate throughout the enrolment pipeline.
- In collaboration with the Head of Student Enrolments, facilitate timely and accurate
reporting to ensure the School meets all compliance obligations.
- Undertake all necessary enrolment procedures, including any additional requirements for
boarding and international students to ensure best practice and compliance.
- Represent the School at Field Days and undertake visits to key regional, interstate and
international markets to generate interest and enquiries from prospective students and their
families as well as key influencers.
- In collaboration with the International Student Coordinator, grow international enrolments
among high quality students along with the School's reputation and profile in key markets
through strategic partnerships and agent relationships.
- Manage the booking schedule for individual, group tours and trial days specific to
International and Boarding as well as other areas of the School as required.
- Work collaboratively with the Development Office Team to inform and influence marketing
initiatives and campaigns in the local and regional marketplace.

**_Key Selection Criteria: Qualifications, Skills and Experience _**
- Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or other relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Demonstrated knowledge or willingness to learn a Client Relationship Management system, in
particular Digistorm and Synergetic.
- Demonstrated experience in confidently and courteously liaising with people at all levels, with a
commitment to providing a high level of customer care and satisfaction.
- Confident communicator with an ability to quickly build rapport with prospective and current
families in the Westminster School community.
- Demonstrated commitment to keep up to date with information about Westminster School
programs as well as enrolment and compliance processes.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding targets.
- Understanding of the enrolments function within an independent school.
- Familiarity with Westminster School, its community and market competitors.
