Precinct Operations and Maintenance Manager Role:
As a seasoned maintenance professional, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance and operation of our supporting base facilities as well as our emergency response capability.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will lead an expert team to success by setting the vision, building the plan and using your unique leadership skills to foster a strong and safe team culture that delivers innovative solutions.
You will oversee the management of budget, resources, reporting and deliverables, ensuring Quality & EH&S standards are built and maintained in alignment with company policies.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Leading cross-functional teams to manage budget, resources, reporting and deliverables.
- Ensuring quality and environmental health and safety standards are met.
- Managing financial aspects, including Control Account Manager responsibilities.
- Practicing excellent stakeholder management to maintain effective relationships.
- Acting in accordance with company expectations relating to professional workplace behavior.
