Senior Infrastructure Manager

This is a senior position within a defence and space industry program, supporting Australia's infrastructure needs.
Main Responsibilities- Oversee maintenance operations across diverse organisational structures.
- Manage internal teams and subcontractors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and workplace health and safety standards.
- Maintain quality control and adherence to schedules, budgets, and performance targets.
- Foster the effective use of maintenance management systems, including policy, regulations, safety, and training protocols.
- Diploma in Engineering or Advanced Trade.
- Leadership & Management Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 12 years relevant experience in leading processes, projects, and teams.
- Proficiency in managing radio and information communication systems, understanding their impact on organisational operations.
- Substantial experience in complex project environments at a management level.
