About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join our team at Easygo Gaming. As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify training and development needs across the company
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify and analyze diverse learning needs, skills gaps, and performance improvement across the business
  • Work closely with the learning designer to design and build engaging learning content for different departments across the business, including e-learning modules, videos, flyers, interactive activities, assessments, and other multimedia content
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops both in-person and virtually
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development and incorporate them into our learning solutions
  • Support managing the company's LMS to upload training content, write course summaries, ensure all content is up to date, and ensure accurate records of employee training and development activities
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to promote and support training initiatives
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the company's learning strategy
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar Learning & Development role, preferably in a technology-focused industry
  • Proficiency in instructional design, learning methodologies, including knowing how to use e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Rise
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Experience facilitating training sessions and high presentation skills
  • Proven experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams and building relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communicator: You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with subject matter experts, present insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and create clear, engaging, and effective learning materials

  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency, online casinos, local currency payments, sports betting, and streaming industries is a plus
