The Role of a Hotel Operations Manager is multifaceted and challenging. As the key driver of our hotel's success, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the hotel.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have experience in managing various departments within a hotel, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and more.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual who can lead by example, foster a positive work environment, and ensure that every guest has an exceptional stay with us.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Schedule and coordinate daily activities among departments to achieve optimal efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on hotel performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a hotel manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage teams, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
