Job Title: Duty Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and maximize satisfaction by managing Front Desk operations.
  • Supervise teams to maintain high standards of service, including Welcome, Whatever Whenever, and Concierge.
  • Drive W's Whatever Whenever Culture and Bonvoy Loyalty program.
  • Assist with Rooms Division operations, including business decisions and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Ensure smooth hotel operations in the absence of Senior Leadership Team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a luxury hotel environment.
  • Knowledge of procedures and policies for check-in/check-out, pre-arrival planning, property-based systems, and room inventory management.
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules based on operational requirements.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft office suite.
